Because each CNC Heavy Metal Logbook is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your logbook arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at Support@lowtolerancepublishing.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement copy at no cost to you.
